Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues on behalf of a leading media research client. Auditors will visit a designated area, perform a small number of observations, and report back via our online system.

This is an anonymous, observational role with no staff interaction required. Part-time and flexible, opportunities are allocated by location and availability.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Visit pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a designated area.
• Complete visits during allocated time windows.
• Make simple observations based on project requirements.
• Record findings through our online reporting system.
• Provide basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are made up of several venues in the same area; aim to visit as many as possible within the window.
