Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues on behalf of a leading media research client. As part of our PubTV team, you will visit venues within a designated area, make a small number of observations, and report back using our simple online system.

These visits are anonymous and observational only. This is a part-time, flexible role ideal to fit around other work, education, family commitments or retirement.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
• Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
• Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
• Completing visits during an allocated time window.
• Making simple observations based on project requirements.
• Recording findings through our online reporting system.
• Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
• Routes are typically made up of several venues within the same area; auditors visit as many venues as possible within the time window.
