Job summary

Serve Legal is recruiting auditors to collect observational data from pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues on behalf of a leading media research client. You will visit venues within a designated area, make simple observations, and report back using our online system. Audits are anonymous and non-interactive with staff.

Working part-time, this flexible role fits around other commitments. Pay per completed visit, with travel expenses covered.

Qualifications

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Smartphone with internet access.
Comfortable working independently.
Able to communicate by email and phone when required.
Reliable and able to meet agreed deadlines.
Comfortable visiting pubs and bars alone for short periods.
No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Visiting pubs, bars, sports clubs and social venues within a specified area.
Completing visits during an allocated time window.
Making simple observations based on the project requirements.
Recording findings through our online reporting system.
Providing basic evidence of attendance where required.
Routes are typically made up of several venues located within the same area; auditors visit as many venues as possible within the window.
