Independent Theatre Council Ltd in Crawley, West Sussex, is seeking a Project Co-Director for Crawley's Creative Playground. The role shares leadership with the current Co-Director and requires strategic reporting to a volunteer Consortium.

Salary £45,000–£48,000 per annum, pro rata for 2.5 days per week. Positions can be on payroll or freelance, with hybrid working and core in-person days Tuesday to Thursday; some evenings and weekends may be required.

• You are a self-motivated organisational leader who is comfortable operating independently and reporting strategically to a volunteer Consortium.

• Deliver Crawley's Creative Playground through independent leadership and collaborative oversight with the current Co-Director.
• Support strategic direction and governance reporting to the volunteer Consortium.
