Job summary

TripleC seeks a Co-Artistic Director - External and Sector Development to lead strategic influence and sector change. The role centres on advancing equity, access, and representation for DDN creatives, with a strong emphasis on building partnerships and influencing policy.

The post is remote with two in-person meetings monthly in Manchester, offering a 0.4 FTE (two days/week) permanent PAYE arrangement. Salary is £62,000 per annum pro-rata (£24,800 actual).

• Significant senior leadership experience in the creative industries.

• Experience influencing policy and practice in the sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior creative and strategic leadership across the organisation.
• Lead national advocacy, partnerships, and sector influence.
• Champion access, representation, and equity for DDN creatives and professionals.
• Represent TripleC at senior levels across industry, government, and cultural forums.
• Develop sustainability through strategic income opportunities and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Co-Artistic Director (Strategy and Delivery) to shape vision and sustainability.
