Clayton Legal is seeking a part-time Private Client Paralegal/Junior Fee Earner to join a well-established firm. You will handle your own caseload focused on Wills and LPAs, with client-facing duties and ongoing Private Client development.

Experience in Private Client, Wills, and LPAs, plus exposure to Probate/Estates, is preferred. This flexible role offers great balance and ongoing professional growth within a supportive team.

Formación

• Experience within Private Client required.
• Knowledge of Wills and LPAs essential.
• Some exposure to Probate and Estate Administration preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting and preparing Wills.
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Managing own files with minimal supervision.
• Providing excellent client care and updates.
• Getting involved in Probate and Estate Administration as workload allows.
