Qualifications

• Be on the NMC Register
• Able to deliver Practice Nursing services including chronic disease management, health promotion and screening
• Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
• Commit to lifelong learning and professional development
• Aim to become an independent nurse prescriber (if not already)

Responsibilities

• Deliver/lead Practice Nursing services across two sites (Alva & Tullibody)
• Participate in patient care and health promotion activities
• Contribute to a well-established nursing and multidisciplinary team
• Work both independently and within a team to ensure high-quality care
