Operose Health in partnership with Lucas Avenue Practice is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for a part-time role (15 hours per week). Salary is up to £30,000 depending on experience, pro rata for the hours worked.

You will support clinical colleagues with patient care, assist with health checks, blood pressure and basic wound care, and help with administrative tasks to ensure smooth patient journeys and compliant service delivery.

Competenze

Experience in a Primary Care setting and phlebotomy.
Ability to work within processes and maintain data security.
Able to adapt to changing priorities and be personable with patients.
Basic PC skills including Word, Excel, and email.

Mansioni

Assisting with patient duties and supporting other team members.
Supporting the Practice with duties related to CQC outcomes and compliance.
Experience with patients with long-term conditions such as Diabetes; phlebotomy.
Perform clinical procedures such as new patient health checks, BMI, blood pressure, pulse and basic wound care.
Complete administrative tasks such as new patient registrations, leaflets distribution, stock control and ordering.
