3 Valleys Health Primary Care Network is seeking a Primary Care Pharmacy Technician to join our established team in the Midsomer Norton/Radstock area. The role involves supporting Clinical Pharmacists, improving prescribing safety and cost savings, and working across one or two practices within the PCN.

You will hold a BTEC/NVQ Level 3 in pharmaceutical sciences with at least two years post-qualification experience, and you will contribute to medicines optimisation, repeat prescribing processes,

Qualificações

• Qualified to BTEC / NVQ Level 3 in pharmaceutical sciences, with at least two years post-qualification experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review and improve prescribing practice with emphasis on safety and cost savings.
• Communicate effectively with Pharmacists, GPs and administrative staff to support practice-based care.
• Develop and implement safe, efficient systems for repeat prescribing and medicines optimisation.
• Undertake project work for the PCN population in collaboration with the PCN Pharmacy Team.
