Job description

This pharmacy technician post sits within the MMWF PCN, working alongside its clinical pharmacists across four GP practices: Maple Access Partnership, Mayfield Surgery, Favell Plus Surgery and The Mounts Medical Centre. The core of the work is reconciling medicines after hospital discharge, supporting safe repeat prescribing and handling medicine queries from patients and community pharmacies. Because the role covers all four practices, it serves the wider local patient population rather than a single site. Fit depends on being a registered pharmacy technician with experience, and either undertaking or being enrolled on the PCPEP training pathway.
