Job summary

TSR Legal in Bath is seeking a Part-Time Post Completions Clerk to join its Residential Conveyancing team. The role focuses on coordinating post‑completion matters with accuracy and client service.

Flexible pattern: 20–25 hours weekly, across three full days or four to five shorter days. Full training provided; prior post‑completion or conveyancing experience is advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience in a professional office environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, flexible and team‑focused approach.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating post‑completion matters within the Residential Conveyancing team to ensure efficient progression of transactions.
• Preparing post‑completion correspondence and documentation.
• Checking completion statements and ensuring accurate financial calculations across client and office accounts.
• Submitting applications to HMRC and HM Land Registry.
• Managing Land Registry requisitions and responding promptly to outstanding matters.
• Handling enquiries from mortgage lenders relating to redemptions and registrations.
• Liaising with fee earners regarding outstanding post‑completion matters.
• Providing general administrative support to the Residential Conveyancing team as required.
