Asda is recruiting a Pharmacy Practice Manager in Long Eaton. The role blends patient care with commercial responsibility, leading the pharmacy team, ensuring clinical governance, and achieving targets.

You will oversee the Pharmacist and colleagues, deliver NHS and private services, and support regional and store teams every day. Applicants must be a fully qualified pharmacist with GPhC registration, right to work in the UK, and safeguarding qualifications; DBS checks and live update service

Qualifications

• Must be a fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Accredited to deliver NHS and private services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to ensure patient safety and excellent service.
• Manage the store Pharmacist and pharmacy colleagues to hit targets and deadlines.
• Deliver pharmacy-related NHS and private services and maintain high governance standards.
• Balance clinical duties with store leadership to drive profitability and service quality.
