ENABLE Scotland is seeking a Personal Assistant/Support Worker in Edinburgh to assist David, a wheelchair user with cerebral palsy. The role includes personal care, moving and handling, and helping with daily activities and social outings.

No prior care experience is required; values and transferrable skills are valued, with full training provided. The position is female-only, with a 30-hour contract and an average start time of 9:30 am, plus overnight support paid hourly.

Qualifications

• No two days are the same; you will support someone who requires assistance with personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal tasks, mobility and daily living activities.
• Support social engagement and community activities in Edinburgh.
