Penderels Trust in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to provide motivational support and help the client maintain independence. The role focuses on encouraging social activity, assisting with daily tasks, and promoting confidence in public and community settings.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, patient, a good listener, and reliable, with a focus on enabling social inclusion while ensuring safety and companionship.

Qualificações

• DBS disclosure is required and costs will be covered.
• Must have car driver status with business insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Support with cooking/meal preparation and eating meals/drinks.
• Assist with household chores and general homemaking.
• Support and/or prompt to attend appointments as necessary.
• Support with food shopping.
• Encourage socialisation and participation in activities.
• Promote friendships and independence.
• Develop a trusting one-to-one working relationship.
