Penderels Trust; Warwick; Presencial; GBP 16 000 - 23 000; Tempo parcial

Resumo da oferta

Penderels Trust is seeking a Personal Assistant in Warwick to help me access the community, join activities I enjoy, and build my confidence and independence. The role is part-time, on-site, and permanent, with pay from £14.20 per hour.

I am autistic and can find busy places overwhelming, so a calm, patient and supportive approach is important. If you share interests like gaming or Pokémon GO, that would be great.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting me to access community activities and outings.
• Encouraging my independence and confidence.
• Providing reassurance when I need it.
• Respecting my preferences, routines, and personal boundaries.
