Job summary

The Portfolio Credit Control team is hiring a Part Time Payroll Administrator to deliver end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of clients, including CIS and director payroll. You will manage client relationships, process starters and leavers, and handle pension payments and statutory obligations.

The role offers hybrid working with three days in the office and two days from home, with flexible hours and 25 days holiday pro rata.

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients.
• Experience with CIS payroll and director payroll tasks.
• Ability to handle varied payrolls and ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities

• End to end payroll processing for your own portfolio of clients (approx 80).
• Manage client relationships and communications.
• Handle CIS payroll, director payroll and varied payrolls.
• Process new starters and leavers and related changes.
• Manage SSP, SMP and pension payments.
• Perform ad hoc payroll responsibilities as required.

• End to end payroll processing for your own portfolio of clients (approx 80 clients)
• Client relationship management
• CIS Payroll / Director payroll / varied other payrolls to process - lots of variation between each payroll
• Processing new starters, leavers etc.
• SSP, SMP, Pensions payments
• Adhoc payroll responsibilities
