Job summary

Portfolio Credit Control is seeking a Part Time Payroll Administrator in Huddersfield to manage end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of clients, handling CIS, director payroll, starters and leavers.

This hybrid role offers a salary of £30,000–£32,000 FTE, flexible hours, a pension, free on-site parking and 25 pro-rata holidays; 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

• End to end payroll processing for own portfolio of clients (approx 80 clients)
• Client relationship management
• CIS Payroll / Director payroll / varied other payrolls to process – lots of variation between each payroll
• Processing new starters, leavers etc.
• SSP, SMP, Pensions payments
• Adhoc payroll responsibilities

As a Part Time Payroll Administrator, your main duties and responsibilities will include the following:

• End to end payroll processing for your own portfolio of clients (approx 80 clients)
• Client relationship management
• CIS Payroll / Director payroll / varied other payrolls to process – lots of variation between each payroll
• Processing new starters, leavers etc.
• SSP, SMP, Pensions payments
• Adhoc payroll responsibilities
