Nicholas Associates Group is partnering with a professional services client in Guildford to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator for a part-time standalone role. You will manage the monthly payroll for around 210 employees, liaising with an outsourced payroll provider, and reporting to HR.

The role covers starters, leavers, salary changes, statutory deductions and payroll queries, with involvement in annual pay reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing.
• Ability to manage payroll in an outsourced environment.
• Confidential handling of payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll for ~210 employees.
• Liaise with outsourced payroll provider and HR.
• Process starters, leavers, promotions, salary changes, and amendments.
• Administer maternity pay, sickness pay and holiday calculations.
