Job summary

24x7 Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Part-Time Passenger Assistant to transport SEN or vulnerable passengers to and from school, college, or day care centres.

The role offers term-time hours, a 12.5 to 20 hour per week schedule with monthly pay, and a long-term contract. DBS checks and right-to-work in the UK are required, with training provided to support safe, flexible operations.

Responsibilities

• Transport special needs (SEN) or vulnerable children and adults to and from school, college, or day care centres
• To work in an effective, safe, flexible manner and support the operation of the company.
• To quickly establish positive and professional relationships with passengers, their carers/parents, and the key people at the establishments they attend.
• To assist the driver in company supplied vehicles, which includes - cars, 8 seat people carriers and large wheelchair accessible vehicles.
• To be patient and empathic with the passengers and be able to keep them occupied and comfortable on journeys.

Salary:£560- £860 per month (route dependent)
Hours:12.5 to 20 per week (varies by route)

Your Role

What You Need

• Pass an enhanced criminal record check as you will be working with children, young persons and/or vulnerable adults.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• First Aid Training - and willing to undergo advanced specialist medical training.
