Job summary

Barbon Group Ltd. in Lincoln seeks a part-time paralegal to manage a landlord-tenant case load, including drafting and serving possession notices and preparing court documents. You will handle debt matters and file documents with the court while maintaining strong client communication.

You will draft claims, prepare court bundles, and support senior paralegals in defended litigation, ensuring accurate, timely work and a customer-focused service ethos within a leading insurance group.

• Rapport building skills to speak with our customers and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Draft and serve possession notices on tenants renting in England and Wales.
• Draft claim forms and particulars of claim for possession and debt matters; send to court for issue.
• Prepare bundles for court hearings and liaise with clients and attending agents.
• Support the Senior Paralegals with defended litigation and risk assessment communication.
