SUSHISAMBA Group is seeking a Sommelier (Part-Time or Full-Time) to elevate the beverage programme across our SUSHISAMBA and Duck & Waffle restaurants in London. You will pair wines and sake with our Japanese-Brazilian-Peruvian cuisine and educate guests, contributing to memorable dining experiences.

The role requires a genuine passion for wine, an interest in sake, and a commitment to ongoing learning within a world-class hospitality environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years' experience as a Sommelier or in a wine-focused hospitality role.
• WSET Level 2 preferred or equivalent wine certification and experience.
• Passion for wine and beverage service; interest in sake; eagerness to grow knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Pair wines, sake and beverages with cuisine to enhance dining experiences.
• Educate guests and act as beverage ambassador across restaurants.
• Support and elevate the beverage programme for SUSHISAMBA and Duck & Waffle.
• Maintain high service standards and attention to detail in a high-volume setting.
