Qualifications

• Fully qualified optometrist registered with the GOC
• Registered performer with NHS area team
• MECs or WECs accredited (or willing to gain accreditation within 12 months of joining Asda – funded and supported by us)
• On track to meet CPD points requirements
• Able to use your skills to deliver a memorable customer experience

Responsibilities

• Screen patients and diagnose eye conditions
• Coach and train the wider team and maintain departmental standards
• Develop new patient services and ensure accessible eye care
• Support service delivery under NHS extended contracts
