Job summary

My client, a buzzing and dynamic creative agency in Farringdon, is looking for a part-time, experienced, and super-organised Office Manager to join them on a 3-month contract. If you're the type who keeps the wheels turning, loves getting stuck into a bit of everything, and thrives in a creative environment, we want to hear from you.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  1. Keep the day-to-day office operations running smoothly
  2. Be the friendly face and go-to person for our small but mighty team
  3. Coordinate onboarding and basic HR admin (drafting contracts, holiday tracking, staff documentation)
  4. Manage suppliers, order office supplies, act as the first point of contact for IT queries internally, communicate with the IT provider, maintain meeting rooms, and liaise with building management
  5. Support internal communications, organize occasional events, and handle general admin across the agency

WHO YOU ARE:

  1. Previous experience as an Office Manager is essential to hit the ground running
  2. A natural organiser who remains calm under pressure and is great with people
  3. Comfortable with light HR admin and handling confidential information
  4. Positive, adaptable, and eager to improve processes for everyone
