Job summary

Meridian Business Support Ltd is recruiting a reliable Cleaner for a long-established local engineering company near Tewkesbury. The role focuses on keeping offices, reception, meeting rooms and facilities clean and presentable, not the factory floor.

Work is part-time across 3–5 days with 9–10 hours weekly, in a stable, long-term environment. Salary is around £13.50 per hour, rising to £14.70 after probation, with benefits and on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience essential.
• Good understanding of cleaning materials and chemicals.
• Reliable, conscientious and able to work independently.
• High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming carpets and mopping floors.
• Wiping desks, surfaces and fixtures.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste.
• Cleaning reception areas and meeting rooms.
• Maintaining toilets and wash facilities.
• Replenishing consumables and keeping kit tidy.
• Support general cleaning duties as required.
