Job summary

Meridian Business Support Ltd in Tewkesbury is seeking a reliable Cleaner to join a long-established local engineering company. The role focuses on keeping offices, reception areas, meeting rooms and facilities clean and presentable for staff and visitors.

You will work 9 or 10 hours per week across 3–5 days, with shifts within 08:00–17:00. The salary starts around £13.50 per hour and rises to about £14.70 after probation, with additional benefits and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience required.
• Ability to use cleaning materials safely and effectively.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum carpets and mop floors across offices and reception areas.
• Wipe desks, surfaces and common touchpoints.
• Empty bins and manage waste in a hygienic manner.
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings to high standard.
• Clean and sanitise toilets and wash facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and shared areas.
