Job summary

Childbase Partnership is recruiting a Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or above) for Woodlands Day Nursery in Barnet (EN5 2HL). The role is permanent, full-time, with 36-40 hours per week across 52 weeks and varied shifts 07:30-18:30, Monday to Friday; choose a 4 or 5 day week.

You will work as a Key Person, applying EYFS knowledge to plan and deliver engaging learning through play, observe progress, and safeguard every child in your care.

Qualifications

• Qualified early years professional with Level 3+ EYFS qualification.
• Ability to plan and deliver activities that promote learning through play.
• Commitment to safeguarding and building strong relationships with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement high-quality, engaging activities to promote learning through play.
• Observe and record children's progress and development in line with EYFS.
• Support safeguarding and build positive relationships with children and parents.
