Job summary

Chase Medical is assisting a well-established GP Practice near Ferryhill in County Durham to recruit an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their small, friendly team.

The role is 21 hours per week with a competitive salary up to £31.52 per hour. You will see and treat minor illnesses in the surgery and on home visits, with chances to contribute to Chronic Disease Management and mentoring.

Qualifications

• NMC Pin is required.
• Minor illness training or equivalent.
• Primary Care experience.

Responsibilities

• See and treat minor illnesses in surgery and on home visits.
• Mentor other staff is a bonus.
• Be part of a small team with ANP, Practice Nurse and HCA.
