The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection invites applications for a Part-Time Night Auditor. You will support Front Office during the overnight shift and ensure accurate night audit procedures while delivering warm, professional guest service.

Ideal candidates have Front Office or Night Operations experience, strong numeracy, and proficiency with PMS/front office systems. English fluency is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Competenze

• Previous experience in Front Office, Night Operations or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Night Audit experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with PMS and Front Office systems.
• Ability to work independently and remain composed during overnight operations.
• Reliable, organized and comfortable working night shifts on a part-time basis.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are highly advantageous.

Mansioni

• Support Front Office operations during the overnight shift.
• Provide warm and professional service to guests throughout the night.
• Complete night audit procedures and ensure accurate reporting.
• Handle late check-ins, early departures and guest requests.
• Ensure all transactions and daily records are accurately processed and reconciled.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth overnight operations.
• Prepare relevant information and reports for the morning team and ensure a seamless handover.
