Job summary

The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to support Front Office overnight operations. You will deliver warm guest service, perform accurate night audit procedures, and manage late check-ins while ensuring complete, reconciled daily records.

Candidates should have experience in Front Office or Night Operations and be proficient with PMS and Front Office systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office, Night Operations or similar hospitality role preferred.
• Night Audit experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numeracy; reliable with numbers and reports.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Front Office operations during the overnight shift.
• Provide warm and professional service to guests throughout the night.
• Complete night audit procedures and ensure accurate reporting.
• Handle late check-ins, early departures and guest requests.
• Ensure all transactions and daily records are processed and reconciled.
• Coordinate with other departments to support overnight operations.
• Prepare information and reports for morning team and ensure smooth handover.
