Formación

• Previous property sales experience is essential, ideally within new homes.
• Flexible, reliable, and available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
• Confident, personable, and professional with excellent communication skills.
• Customer focused, organised, and comfortable working independently.
• Knowledge of the new homes sales process, including Help to Buy-style schemes and part exchange, is an advantage.
• Used to working in new homes sales and now seeking a part-time role that suits your lifestyle.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting visitors and delivering an outstanding customer experience in the sales office and show homes.
• Presenting the development and homes with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Qualifying buyers and understanding their needs, budgets, and timescales.
• Progressing sales through to reservation and beyond, working closely with the wider sales team.
• Managing viewings, appointments, and follow-up enquiries.
• Keeping accurate records and updating internal systems.
• Maintaining the presentation of the sales area and show homes.
