TeamResourcing Limited on behalf of TeamSales seeks experienced New Homes Sales Consultants in Hailsham and surrounding areas for temporary cover across multiple developments.

Ideal candidates are available for at least 3 days a week, including some weekends; these temp roles often lead to permanent placements. Competitive pay rates and mileage where applicable are on offer.

Qualificações

• Experience in New Homes Sales or estate agency.
• Immaculate presentation and professional appearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Understanding of compliance when selling New Homes.
• IT literate with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Reliable and punctual with weekend availability.
• Own car and driving licence required.
• Available to work on weekends.

TeamSales are looking for experienced New Homes Sales Consultants in Hailsham and the surrounding areas due to an increase in demand for temporary cover.

Our clients range from National House builders to High End Developers who are looking for regular support for ad-hoc and ongoing assignments across multiple developments. We are ideally looking for candidates that are available for at least 3 days a week to include some weekend working. Many of our temp roles lead to permanent placements and therefore ideal for immediately available candidates looking for a permanent opportunity.

Requirements

• Experience of New Homes Sales or Estate Agency
• Immaculate presentation
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills whilst dealing with both customers and colleagues
• An understanding of the compliance when selling New Homes
• IT Literate with experience of working on Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Reliability and punctuality
• Car and driving licence required
• Available to work on weekends

Days / Hours / Info

• Sites are open 7 days a week -with average opening times being 10am to 5:30pm but can vary slightly
• Some clients open for longer hours on a Thursday

• Pay rates (Outside the M25) from £14.00 Per hour & Mileage Allowance if applicable
