Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor in Bracknell on a Monday-Friday basis, from 9am to 5pm, with only occasional Saturday cover. This advisory, customer-focused role offers a basic salary of £38,500 and no commission, with no Sunday work and a 12-month contract with a view to permanency.

• Experience in residential property or new homes.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Comfortable dealing directly with customers and managing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Understand customers' requirements and advise on suitable options.
• Manage applications and reservations.
• Keep customers updated throughout the process.
• Coordinate with solicitors, mortgage brokers and internal teams.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Keep the sales pipeline and records up to date.
• Resolve customer queries and issues.
• Provide a high level of service throughout the buying journey.
