Job summary

Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Part-Time Property Sales Executive for Stow-on-the-Wold and the surrounding Cotswolds. Pay is £115/day plus £2,500 per sale, £1,500 per rental and a £250 monthly CRM bonus. Flexible part-time or full-time; no Saturdays.

You know the local market, can generate leads and convert viewings into sales or rentals within retirement living, and you’ll manage your own pipeline. The pattern is flexible, with Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays particularly useful.

Qualifications

• Experience as Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator
• Knowledge of Stow-on-the-Wold and surrounding Cotswolds market
• Ability to generate leads and convert viewings into sales or rentals

Responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and convert enquiries into sales
• Manage and re-engage warm residential property leads
• Build relationships with prospective buyers and families
• Manage your own sales pipeline from enquiry through to completion
• Generate leads through local networking and community engagement
• Sell both properties and rentals within retirement living developments
• Follow up, negotiate and confidently close sales
