Serve Legal is recruiting for In-Person Mystery Shopper (ID testing) with flexible, part-time hours across the UK and Ireland. Auditors perform on-site audits, make a purchase, and report on the customer experience, including whether ID was requested during age-verification checks.

Payments are made per audit, aligned with a Real-Living-Wage hourly rate, with workload allocated as nearby batch audits. There is no obligation to work regularly, and travel may be required for assignments.

Responsibilities

• Audit various sites (supermarkets, high-street retailers, betting shops, etc.) by performing a specific purchase and reporting back on the experience.
• Report on whether ID was requested during age-verification audits.
