Serve Legal is hiring for an in-person Mystery Shopper (ID testing) with flexible, part-time hours across the UK and Ireland. Auditors perform site visits, buy age-restricted products, and report on whether ID was requested, with audits allocated by Area Managers to fit your schedule.

Payments are per audit at a Real-Living-Wage rate, with bonuses for performance and opportunities to earn extra through referrals.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 16+ with 18-19 for age-verification audits.
• Part-time, flexible hours to fit around other commitments.
• Audits cover UK and Ireland across various sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out audits at supermarkets, retailers, betting shops, and more.
• Make a specific purchase and report whether ID was requested.
• Coordinate work with Area Managers to receive suitable audits.
