Job summary

Compass Group UK&I ESS is recruiting a part-time Cleaner to join our defence, government and energy services cleaning teams. The role is contracted to 15 hours per week, with shifts mainly in the morning pattern across Monday to Friday.

The position is within a 49.2-week year contract, supporting UK military and secure environments. You will work hands-on to maintain high standards of hygiene, stock cleaning supplies, and support clients with excellent service.

Qualifications

• Flexible approach to working.
• Hands-on cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies.
