Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSEs including Maths and English and Science required.
• Experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint expected.
• DBS clearance and pre-employment checks as part of NHS processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine laboratory support under supervision in Microbiology.
• Operate automated, semi-automated and manual techniques per protocols.
• Update Laboratory Information Management Systems with patient data.
• Support Biomedical Scientists and reception duties as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and participate in shift work after training.
