Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a dedicated care assistant to provide emotional and behavioural support during night shifts. You will help residents with daily living tasks, promote dignity, and ensure a safe, empowering environment across shifts that run from 20:00 to 08:00.

Work is part-time (24 hours per week) across Monday to Sunday; you will communicate with families and carers, support personal goals, and assist with hygiene, wellbeing and medication administration as needed, in a compassionate team
