Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade A–C.
• Experience in customer service or GP reception is desirable.
• Ability to follow practice policies and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for patients, secondary care and agencies.
• Provide admin support to clinicians by processing prescriptions and follow-up appointments.
• Handle reception duties efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to practice policies.
• Cover all reception positions as needed.
