Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Medical Laboratory Assistant in Cellular Pathology. The role is fixed-term and part-time, requiring 15 hours per week (Monday and Friday 8.30-4.30) at Poole Hospital with possible cross-site work at The Royal Bournemouth Hospital.

Experience in a medical laboratory is desirable; full training will be provided and excellent communication and computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical laboratory is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Responsabilités

• Duties include specimen labelling, data input and general duties in the laboratory.
• Assist dissection and support laboratory workflow when required.
