Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is recruiting a part-time Medical Dispenser on the outskirts of Lincoln to join a friendly healthcare team. The role focuses on accurate dispensing and patient care, with 20 hours per week and a supportive environment.

NVQ Level 2/3 in Pharmacy Services required; experience in GP practice or pharmacy; good IT and communication skills. On-site parking and a collaborative practice setting offered.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Pharmacy Services / Dispensing (essential).
• Experience dispensing in GP practice, pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good IT and administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with dispensing procedures and regulations.
• Manage and maintain stock levels.
• Liaise with GPs, pharmacists and patients regarding prescriptions.
• Handle prescription queries and medication requests.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Support the wider practice team when required.
