The role requires classroom teaching, curriculum design, assessment and mentoring of staff. A degree in Media with teaching qualification or progress toward level 5 is expected, along with experience with 16–19 learners.

• Experience of delivering media-related subjects reflecting industry changes.
• Experience of managing and motivating young learners (16–19).

Aufgaben

• Oversee the whole study programme, including academic quality, delivery and course administration.
• Monitor standards against awarding guidelines and raise achievement levels.
• Collaborate with area leads to ensure quality assurance and external verification readiness.
• Lead on curriculum development, incorporating Technology Enhanced Learning and innovative delivery.
• Design schemes of work, assess, deliver, mark, and tutor individual students.
• Develop and review curriculum materials aligned with programme specs.
