Milton Keynes College is seeking an ambitious Course Team Leader for Level 2 Media to lead and develop our Level 2 Media provision. The successful candidate will combine outstanding teaching with curriculum leadership, inspiring learners and staff to achieve excellence.

They will drive high standards of teaching, learning and assessment to support progression into further study, apprenticeships and employment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading curriculum development in a college setting.
• Strong teaching practice and assessment oversight.
• Ability to build industry partnerships and employer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Level 2 Media provision.
• Drive high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
• Shape curriculum, quality assurance processes, recruitment and retention support.
• Develop partnerships with employers and industry professionals to enhance learner opportunities.
