Job summary

Activate Learning seeks a passionate Media Teacher to join the Creative Industries Faculty at Reading College. This permanent, part-time post (29 hours per week, FTE 0.78) runs Tue–Fri and offers a stimulating environment with a new Media Suite and state-of-the-art facilities.

Successful applicants will hold a professional qualification and/or a degree in film production, media studies or related field. Applicants with knowledge of UAL Creative Media Production at L2/L3 and/or T-Level Media are

Qualifications

• Successful candidates will have an appropriate professional qualification and/or a degree in film production, media studies or relevant field.
• We would prefer qualified teachers, with the ability to inspire our learners and a willingness to develop skills within teaching, who have a desire to become qualified.
• Applicants who have working knowledge of UAL Creative Media Production at L2 and L3 and/or T-Level Media, Broadcast and Production are highly desirable as those are the qualification aims we are recruiting a teacher for.
