Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Band 3 Maternity Support Worker for 22.5 hours per week at Worcestershire Royal Hospital. You will work with midwives and the MDT to provide safe, women‑centred care in the antenatal hub, bringing compassion and excellent communication to the multidisciplinary team.

• GCSEs Maths at A-C or equivalent qualifications.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health care or equivalent experience.

• Work within the national framework and escalate as needed to inform care planning.
• Provide admin support and accurate documentation for the maternity team.
• Maintain confidential records and support safeguarding and equality in care.
