Job summary

Cambridgeshire County Council seeks a part-time Social Worker for the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) in Huntingdon. The role is 18.5 hours across Wed–Fri, with a hybrid mix of office and home working.

Qualifications

• Be a qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
• Experience in safeguarding children and child protection practices.
• Ability to work from various locations and travel countywide.

Responsibilities

• Identify levels of risk and need against thresholds and determine appropriate services.
• Analyse risk daily to ensure swift safeguarding measures for children and families.
• Develop SMART plans with families, working with partner agencies to deliver outcomes.
