Job summary

BBC is seeking a Marketing Executive to join the News Marketing Team in London. The role focuses on creating and delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels to grow our programmes and engage audiences of our prestigious news brands.

The position is a three-day-per-week role, working with a partner in a job-sharing arrangement. You will collaborate with digital, CRM, and internal creative teams, manage timelines, and help develop performance reports.

Qualifications

• Experience creating marketing assets across TV, social, radio and CRM.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns to deadlines.
• Understanding of News and Current Affairs audiences.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actions.
• Strong relationships with internal stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creation and delivery of marketing assets across channels.
• Work with digital and CRM teams on programme selection and promotion.
• Own timing and delivery requirements across projects.
• Lead reporting with media and CRM teams to analyse performance and suggest improvements.
• Understand and own compliance processes.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and creative/media teams.
