Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Priory Hospital Enfield. The role is part-time (30 hours per week) and pro rata salary is £21,040, with a full-time equivalent around £26,300. You will join a dedicated team to ensure a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities include day-to-day maintenance, repairs and minor improvements, supporting the Maintenance Manager, and upholding high standards of safety and cleanliness across the site.

Qualifications

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workloads.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A positive, customer-focused approach and strong team-working skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day maintenance, repairs and minor improvement works.
• Support the Maintenance Manager to keep the hospital safe, well-maintained and welcoming.
• Ensure spaces are clean, safe and pleasant for patients, colleagues and visitors.
• Assist with general operations and maintain high property standards.
