Priory Group’s Tudor House in Towcester, Northamptonshire, is seeking a Maintenance Technician on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). The pro rata salary is £14,026, with an equivalent full‑time salary around £26,300.

Qualifications

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs and minor improvement works.
• Ensure Property Maintenance Standards are met and the environment is safe and welcoming.
• Provide support to day-to-day operations and keep spaces well looked after.
