Elysium Healthcare Limited is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant for Rosebank House in Reading. You will lead day-to-day maintenance, handle basic DIY, plan safety checks, and supervise contractors to keep the service safe and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors.

The role offers a 25-hour week, typically Monday to Friday 9:00am–2:00pm with flexible hours; a paid one-week induction and opportunities for training are provided within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably with supervisory or lead responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings, facilities and equipment to ensure safety and comfort for residents.
• Plan, conduct and document regular safety checks and maintenance schedules.
• Lead on repairs, maintenance and decorating of Rosebank House.
